Payment Terms
Payment options are flexible based on the needs of your organization.
Clients may choose one of the following:
• Full payment prior to the event
• A 50% deposit to reserve the date, with the remaining balance due before or on the event day
Payment or deposit secures the event date and allows preparation to begin.
Cancellations & Rescheduling
Each workshop includes advance planning, custom materials, and dedicated calendar time. If plans change, we are happy to work together to find a new date whenever possible.
• Events may be rescheduled at no additional charge when advance notice is provided
• Schedule changes made within 14 days of the event will have payment applied toward a future workshop date within six (6) months, subject to availability
• Same-week cancellations or no-shows may incur a rescheduling fee to cover prepared materials and reserved time
Our goal is always to accommodate shifting schedules while honoring the preparation that goes into creating a successful experience.
Travel & Event Setup
Clients agree to provide reasonable access to the event space for setup and cleanup.
For events requiring travel outside the Austin area, transportation, lodging, and related travel expenses will be discussed and approved in advance with the client. Travel arrangements may be coordinated directly by the client or invoiced separately by Cherrywood Treehouse Art Studio, as agreed upon prior to the event.
Any venue requirements, parking fees, or special access considerations will be communicated ahead of time to ensure a smooth setup and experience.
Insurance
Cherrywood Treehouse Art Studio maintains general liability insurance for hosted workshops and events. Proof of insurance or certificates of insurance (COI) can be provided upon request when required by venues or organizations.
