Art Camp Details

  • Art Camps on the schedule are three day camps (9:00 am - 12:00 pm), held at Cherrywood Treehouse Art Studio (2802 Lafayette Avenue B Austin TX 78722).

  • Each day we will start the morning with our Daily Doodle practice where we tap into our creativity through a drawing prompt. After that, we will focus on a different art medium each day.

  • Ticket Price: $175 per camper

    Includes:

    • All materials for art projects

    • Printed workbook

    • Art Show at the end of camp to show off all the masterpieces!

    • Acrylic Painting on Canvas (12 x 12 inch canvas)

    • Watercolor Landscape (8.5 x 11 watercolor paper)

    • Mixed Media on Canvas (9 x 12 inch canvas)

    • Watercolor Handmade Envelopes (custom size)

    if time allows, we will incorporate additional projects

  • Each camp will have an art show at pickup time. This should last about 30 - 45 minutes!

    • If your child is not exactly within the age range of the Art Camp listed, we may be able to make an exception! Please email rachel@cherrywoodtreehouse.com or here for questions regarding age :)

  • We'll always aim to make amazing things. Enjoying the journey of new mediums, and the different stages of the creation process is a huge part of enjoying the journey (kind of like life!)

  • In class we'll tap into our creative side, listen to music, and enjoy the moment. Having fun is key at the studio!

Hi there!

My name is Rachel! I’m so glad you are here. Art has a magical way of bringing people together - and that is why I love it so much. Not only do art classes bring new people into your life, it generates meaningful moments, increases confidence, decreases stress, and teaches you enjoy the moment and journey instead of fixating on the destination. It is a path to tap into the creativity that lives inside you.

My goal is to provide a safe and creative environment where imagination can take flight. I can’t wait to create with you and your family!
